About the role

We are looking for two professional, committed and adaptable Administration Assistants to join our Adelaide office, and work in conjunction with other support team members. One role will be supporting our Personal Injury team, while the other role will work across a number of teams.

Your varied responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring excellent customer service and stakeholder management
  • Calendar, email and appointment management
  • Preparation of documents, proofreading and general correspondence
  • Assisting with billing, expense reconciliation, matter opening and closing
  • Being part of the team for Reception lunch cover
  • General administrative duties such as document management and overflow tasks form other teams as required.

About you

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

  • Previous legal administrative experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent time management, organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to go above and beyond for clients
  • A confident, proactive, and ‘can do’ approach with great problem solving skills
  • The ability to learn quickly and manage competing priorities
  • Resilience that will enable you to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
