About the role

We are seeking an Employment Lawyer to join our busy team. With exposure to highly complex matters, the ability to work in a leading employment law team, and with significant career progression opportunities, this is an opportunity not to be missed. The client-base includes some of the most significant public companies and financial institutes in Australia, as well as local and international clients in tech, professional services, energy and property sectors.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with drafting documents and correspondence
  • Attending client meetings and recording accurate notes
  • Liaising with internal and external clients and other stakeholders via both phone and email
  • Conducting legal research
  • Working closely in a team to achieve strategic outcomes.

About you

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Be admitted to practice in South Australia and have at least 1 year PAE
  • Previous legal experience, employment and workplace law experience will be highly regarded
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding research and communication skills
  • Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A willingness to go above and beyond to exceed expectations
  • A proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Dedication to providing excellent client service.
