Biography

Danielle joined Mellor Olsson as a Senior Associate in September 2019.

She has been practising law for nine years and specialises in family law and wills and estate planning.

Danielle has successfully completed the National Independent Children’s Lawyer (ICL) training. Her training in this area, combined with her experience and her degree in psychology, provides Danielle with a greater insight into how difficult this time can be for anyone dealing with a family law issue. She has a particular focus on settling family law matter for her clients in a caring, empathetic and timely manner. She has significant experience with the Court process and represents clients in the Family Court or Federal Circuit Court.

Danielle regularly works with clients who are looking to create or update their Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Care Directives and other important estate planning documents. She also assists other members of our Clare team on a wide variety of agribusiness, general commercial and conveyancing matters.

Having come from a regional background and after living in Clare for the past seven years, Danielle has an appreciation for the needs and challenges facing regional clients and is an active member of the local community.
