Erin is a member of our Port Lincoln team and advises business, individual and Government clients on a wide range of legal issues. She is also responsible for the day-to-day management of the Port Lincoln office, working closely alongside partners from the Adelaide office.


Erin joined Mellor Olsson in October 2013, following the merger of Jenkins Anderson and Mellor Olsson, and is based in our Port Lincoln office.

She has extensive experience practising in regional South Australia. Before returning to the Eyre Peninsula, Erin was a member of the corporate team of an Adelaide based top tier law firm, where she specialised in competition law, intellectual property, technology, franchising and consumer law.

Erin has a broad business and property practice and works with clients on a range of general commercial transactions such as drafting and reviewing land and business contracts, asset sale agreements and buy/sell arrangements, as well as on property matters such as commercial and agricultural leasing and land division.

She has particular expertise in assisting clients and their advisers with business restructures and complex farm succession planning.

Erin regularly advises on estate planning where she ensures her clients have up-to-date Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Care Directives and Binding Death Benefit Nominations. Erin also assists clients with the administration of deceased estates including obtaining grants of probate and letters of administration from the South Australian Supreme Court.

Erin prides herself on her practical approach and takes great satisfaction in achieving results which solve her clients' issues.

She sits on the governance committee for a local not-for-profit early childhood care facility and is a former Vice President and Secretary for the Young Tradespeople and Professionals (YTAP) group in Port Lincoln.
