Kelly Fussell

Kelly joined Mellor Olsson in 2021 and has over 10 years’ experience in South Australian legal firms.

In her practice she provides advice to insolvency practitioners, companies, partnerships, creditors, debtors and individuals in all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency and is regularly involved in litigation in these areas.

Her skills in these areas have been complemented as a result of completing the ARITA Insolvency Education Program.

Kelly has also been an active member of the committee for the Women’s Insolvency Network and served as the president of the Network in 2016 and 2017.

In addition to her work in corporate and personal insolvency, Kelly has extensive experience in commercial and civil dispute resolution, including contract and business disputes, banking and finance litigation (including security enforcement), major debt recovery, property, building and construction disputes.
