Biography
Lincoln commenced at Mellor Olsson in 2021 as a Solicitor following his admission to practise. He assists with Local Government matters, notably in the town planning and environment space. He also regularly appears in the Environment, Resources and Development Court on a wide range of planning and enforcement issues.
Lincoln works across the full breadth of corporate and commercial litigation, including contract and property disputes, debt recovery, insolvency and matters involving the Competition and Consumer Act. He also assists with the Local Government Association Mutual Liability Scheme.
Prior to his time at Mellor Olsson, Lincoln gained significant experience in the financial sector, having previously worked in investment analysis and client financial services.
