Mark Gowans

Mark joined Mellor Olsson in 2019. He has over 15 years’ experience practicing in South Australian legal firms.

Mark is a specialist insolvency, reconstruction, and litigation lawyer. He advises on all aspects of insolvency and reconstruction law and security enforcement. Mark also routinely advises on a range of commercial and civil disputes which involve property, Corporations Act, contracts, construction, competition and consumer law, amongst other issues.

His client base encompasses insolvency practitioners, corporate entities, partnerships, creditors, debtors and individuals.
