Tayla joined the Mellor Olsson team in 2023, bringing extensive experience and expertise to assist clients in various family law matters.
Tayla's approachable and calm demeanour is invaluable in helping her clients navigate the often emotional and stressful situations involved in family law matters. She is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients by providing them with clear and practical advice to make informed decisions.
Tayla is dedicated to providing compassionate and discreet assistance to clients dealing with the complex issues of domestic and family violence, including coercive control and financial abuse. Her focus is on empowering individuals and ensuring their safety during these challenging times, whilst providing comprehensive support and guidance along the way.
Her other areas of expertise include divorce, complex parenting and children's issues, matrimonial and de facto property settlements, child support and spousal maintenance. She has a particular interest in and can assist clients with adoptions under the Adoption Act 1988 (SA) (including adult adoption and step-parent adoption) and Surrogacy under the Surrogacy Act 2019 (SA). Tayla’s passion and enthusiasm for family law make her a valuable member of the Mellor Olsson team and she is dedicated to providing clients with effective legal solutions.
