We are seeking a Solicitor with approximately 12–18 months’ post‑admission experience to join our Litigation and Insolvency team in Adelaide.
This role is ideal for a lawyer who:
- is looking to build a strong foundation in litigation within a high‑quality practice; and
- values supervision, mentoring, and practical experience.
About the role
Working closely with experienced partners and senior practitioners, you will be involved in a broad range of litigation matters. Your work will include:
- Assisting on matters across a variety of commercial disputes;
- Drafting correspondence, pleadings, submissions and other court documents;
- Undertaking legal research and preparing advice;
- Supporting court preparation and, as appropriate, gaining exposure to court appearances;
- Working directly with clients under guidance and supervision;
- Collaborating with and learning from senior lawyers within the team.
About you
You will bring:
- Approximately 12-18 months' post-admission experience;
- Previous experience in a litigation-based practice;
- Clear written and verbal communication skills;
- A proactive, organised, and professional approach to your work;
- A genuine interest in learning, developing, and working collaboratively.
