About you

We are looking for a Law Graduate currently completing or about to start their GDLP, or a lawyer recently admitted to practice to join our Clare team. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced team in a full-service South Australian law firm. To succeed in this role, you must have strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organised and able to manage your time effectively. You will be a team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.

About the role

Your key responsibilities will include the following:

  • assisting with drafting correspondence and other legal documents, including the preparation of estate planning documents, contracts and leases;
  • assisting with general deceased estate administration;
  • conducting legal research;
  • attendance at client meetings and taking accurate notes;
  • assisting with collation of briefs;
  • liaising professionally with clients.
