About the role
We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our market leading Workplace and Employment Law team in Adelaide.
This role is ideally suited to a Senior Associate, or an experienced Associate who is ready, or on the pathway, to Senior Associate level. Our team is recognised for providing excellence in the delivery of pragmatic advice to employers and is led by a Partner regarded as a preeminent practitioner.
You will have the opportunity to:
- work on complex and high-quality employment, industrial relations, and workers’ compensation matters, acting for a broad client base including both public and private sector clients;
- manage matters with an appropriate level of autonomy aligned to your experience; and
- work closely with the Partner who leads the Employment practice and senior lawyers.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- a minimum of three years’ post‑admission experience, with demonstrable experience in advising clients in Workers’ Compensation or Employment matters;
- strong attention to detail;
- well‑developed research, drafting and communication skills;
- the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines;
- a proactive, solutions‑focused approach;
- a strong team ethic and willingness to contribute; and
- a genuine commitment to delivering high‑quality, practical outcomes for clients.
