About the role

We are looking for a professional and results driven full time Solicitor to work in the beautiful and picturesque Clare Valley region. You will have the best of both worlds, by having a short commute to work and the opportunity of working on a variety of challenging matters in a busy local practice.

As part of the tight knit team at the Mellor Olsson Clare office, you will have the opportunity of direct client interaction as well as the day to day running of client matters. You will be able to work closely with other experienced Solicitors, as well as our Administration and Conveyancing team, with ongoing support provided by our head office located in Adelaide. This position presents a unique opportunity for a Solicitor to enhance their personal development and experience in an array of legal matters, in a well-supported, reputable legal practice.

To be considered for this role, you:

  • Are admitted to practise law in South Australia
  • Have experience in estate planning and the administration of deceased estates
  • May have experience within commercial, property and family law
  • Can demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Have the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with both new and long-term clients
  • Are committed to ongoing learning and development
  • Have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Can demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Are driven to achieve results for clients
