Biography
Cameron joined Mellor Olsson Lawyers as Chief Executive Officer in 2025, bringing more than 20 years of senior leadership experience from leading global law firms. Known for his pragmatic approach and results-driven mindset, Cameron has a proven track record in delivering operational improvements, driving strategic growth, and embedding a strong culture of client service excellence.
He has held senior roles in both the UK and Sydney, where he led high-performing teams across finance, human resources, IT, compliance, legal operations, and marketing.
At Mellor Olsson, Cameron works closely with the Partnership to shape and implement the firm’s strategic vision. He is responsible for overseeing all operational functions - including finance, administration, HR, technology, marketing, and business development - and for leading major projects that enhance client service and operational efficiency.
Cameron is passionate about building collaborative, future-focused teams, and delivering meaningful outcomes for clients and the wider South Australian community.
