Lucy Tucker

Lucy brings a unique perspective to Mellor Olsson, shaped by her upbringing on the west coast of the Eyre Peninsula. She is committed to providing high quality legal services to the Clare Valley region and greater Mid North. Lucy collaborates closely with senior members of our team, extending support to a diverse range of clients, particularly those involved in the agricultural industry, such as farmers and viticulturists, and also for local small to medium sized businesses.

Lucy has experience in assisting clients with a full range of estate planning needs, including the drafting of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Care Directives and Testamentary Trusts, as well as the administration of deceased estates. She also assists with residential conveyancing, and property and leasing matters, including the preparation of farm and vineyard leases and sharefarming agreements.

Out of the office, Lucy makes the most of the relaxed regional lifestyle that the Clare Valley has to offer and is passionate about giving back and being actively involved with her local community.
