Nestoras Alexandropoulos

Nestoras joined the family law team at Mellor Olsson in 2022 after several years’ experience at a large South Australian firm.

He practices primarily in the area of family law and has significant experience in parenting disputes, property settlements, divorce, equitable interest claims, child support, spousal maintenance and binding financial agreements.

Nestoras represents his clients in complex matrimonial and de facto property disputes and children’s issues and advises them throughout the legal process. Where an agreement cannot be reached, he represents his clients in disputes in the Family and Federal Circuit Courts. He is also experienced in intervention orders for adults and children.
