Stefania Caroscio

Stefania joined Mellor Olsson as a Law Clerk in the Property team in August 2024 and transitioned to the role of a Solicitor in September 2025, following her admission to practice.

She collaborates closely with senior members of our property team, handling a diverse range of matters including leasing and licencing, sale and purchase of land, encroachments, roads and Local Government related matters.

Stefania is particularly passionate about assisting clients in land acquisition matters, with a focus on ensuring clients understand their rights when facing the prospect of their land being acquired by government or statutory authorities.
