Yousef Yousef

Yousef Yousef joined Mellor Olsson as a Law Clerk in the Property team in May 2025 and was admitted as a Solicitor in May 2026.

Yousef works closely with senior members of the firm’s Property team and is involved in a broad range of property matters. His experience includes commercial leasing transactions, acquisitions and disposals of land, and property development matters across residential, commercial and industrial assets.

He also supports complex transactions, contributing to due diligence processes, document preparation and transaction management. Through this work, Yousef has developed a strong foundation in property law and an understanding of the structuring and risk considerations underpinning successful transactions.

Yousef is known for his detail-oriented approach and clear communication, and is committed to delivering practical, efficient and commercially focused support to clients and the broader team.

He has a particular interest in agribusiness, property development and commercial leasing, and continues to build his expertise across these areas.
