Anthony Fogarty

Anthony Fogarty joined Mellor Olsson’s Barossa and Clare team in February 2026, bringing more than 25 years of experience across management consulting, economic development, community services and law.

Originally from South Australia’s Mid North, Anthony has also lived and worked in the Northern Territory and Coffs Harbour before returning to South Australia with his family to be closer to grandparents and extended family.

Anthony values the diversity and challenges of regional practice. He works across wills and estate planning, property and conveyancing, deceased estates, elder law matters, and supporting clients with additional needs. He is committed to clear communication and practical, solutions-focused advice, helping clients navigate the legal process with confidence.

Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family, swimming, cycling, and playing squash. A loyal Geelong supporter, he also enjoys watching any game played at Adelaide Oval.
