Biography
Eva joined Mellor Olsson as a Partner in 2022, following a number of years at another South Australian firm.
She is a dedicated and compassionate lawyer, committed to achieving excellent outcomes for her clients in a cost effective manner whilst helping them to navigate the legal process during a tough time.
Eva represents clients in a wide range of Divorce and Family issues including complex property settlements often involving multiple assets and structures, and all aspects of children’s matters including parenting arrangements and child support.
She also has expertise in Adult adoptions under the Adoption Act (SA) and Intervention Order matters under the Intervention Orders (Prevention of Abuse) Act (SA).
