Felix Jones

Felix joined Mellor Olsson in 2025 as a law clerk in Adelaide and is now living and working in Clare. He is excited about working with and helping the local community and enjoys playing at the local footy, cricket and squash clubs.

Felix practises predominantly in Wills & Estate Planning matters where he advises clients on important Estate Planning documents such as Wills, Testamentary Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Advance Care Directives, as well as the administration of Deceased Estates, including applications for Grants of Probate.

He also assists a broad range of clients from the local and surrounding Clare Valley areas in a wide range of Property & Commercial matters, particularly working with Primary Producers for all of their respective needs, especially involving Farm Succession matters. His other work in Clare includes Sharefarming Agreements, Agricultural Leases, Property Transactions & Conveyancing, as well as Commercial matters including Trusts, Leases, Contracts, Licensing Agreements, Business Sales and Loans. Felix is passionate about helping clients across Clare with high quality, affordable and efficient legal advice, with his practice also extending further with regular visits to Kadina, Burra, Balaklava and Riverton to assist local residents.
