Matilda Wise

Matilda, commonly known as Tilly, joined Mellor Olsson in 2024. She collaborates closely with senior members of our employment and workplace relations team, handling a diverse range of matters including policy and procedure development, legislative compliance, defending unfair and unlawful dismissal applications, wage entitlements and audits, industrial instrument compliance, and workers compensation issues.

Tilly is particularly passionate about assisting employers navigate their industrial relations obstacles and day to day human resource needs. Her Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) and previous experience working in People and Culture provides her with an excellent foundation in compliance and workplace relations, enhancing her contributions to our team.
