Mia Chenoweth

Mia is based in our Port Lincoln Office and specialises in Family Law, including property settlements and children’s matters, together with Wills and Estates.

Mia joined Mellor Olsson in 2020 and has been practising law since 2015. She prides herself on her personable approach, as she enjoys building a rapport with clients so they feel secure and confident throughout their matter.

Mia recognises that Family Law and Wills and Estates matters are inherently complex, and she focusses on providing succinct yet comprehensive advice to her clients so they can make fully informed decisions. She has a solutions-based approach, so clients can achieve an efficient resolution of their matter.

Whilst originating from the Adelaide Hills, Mia moved to Port Lincoln in 2014. Living and working in the community of Eyre Peninsula has given Mia a deep understanding of the unique challenges and priorities faced by local individuals and businesses. Mia feels the best connections are made in person, and is proud to provide an accessible and personalised service for clients.

Outside of practice, Mia remains active in the community as she enjoys attending local events and heads the committee for the Eyre Peninsula’s Women in Business Network. She also enjoys immersing her three young children into the community and exploring what the Eyre Peninsula has to offer.
