Biography
Her work encompasses a wide range of commercial, property, renewable energy and infrastructure projects. This includes drafting documentation for commercial contracts, service agreements, procurement, sale and purchase of land, community land, encroachments, compulsory acquisition, Crown land, roads, governance and policy development.
Nakisa has been admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia. She has a natural ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner and is highly regarded for her ability to build strong relationships with her clients based on trust and transparency.
