Biography
Rebecca joined Mellor Olsson in 2022 and is an Associate in our commercial team. She has experience in range of commercial transactions, including sales and acquisitions, due diligence and commercial leasing and she has worked with a range of commercial clients in drafting transactional documents. Rebecca is also experienced in estate and succession matters, including family business succession planning. She focuses on assisting her clients to plan their succession matters efficiently and commercially.
Rebecca is a member of The Law Society of South Australia and an Affiliate of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
