Biography
Rebecca joined Mellor Olsson in 2022 and is a Senior Associate in our commercial team. She has experience in range of commercial transactions, including sales and acquisitions, due diligence and commercial leasing and she has worked with a range of commercial clients in their commercial transactions. Rebecca is also experienced in estate and succession matters, including family business succession planning.
Rebecca sits on the board of not-for profit organisations, including CMS SANT and Foundation Barossa. She is a member of both The Law Society of South Australia and the Institute of Community Directors Australia and is an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia.
