Charlotte is a Senior Associate in our Adelaide and Barossa team, providing expert legal guidance to both businesses and individuals across a broad range of legal matters.

Biography

Charlotte is a Senior Associate at Mellor Olsson Lawyers, based between the Barossa Valley and Adelaide, where she specialises in commercial litigation, migration, and family law.

In addition to holding a law degree, Charlotte has a degree in Psychological Science from the University of Adelaide. Prior to being admitted, she gained invaluable experience through volunteer work with the Women’s Legal Service SA and the Adelaide Legal Outreach Service.

Charlotte also worked as a paralegal at a criminal practice during her law studies. While at university, she participated in an exchange program in the Czech Republic and represented the University of Adelaide at the 2016 Harvard Model United Nations Conference in Rome.
Charlotte joined Bellman Lawyers, incorporating the practice of Johnson Lawyers, in January 2017 as a law clerk, assisting in migration law, debt recovery, estate planning, commercial litigation, and general commercial law. She now practises in commercial litigation, migration, and family law.

As a Senior Associate, Charlotte is committed to providing clients with professional, client-focused legal services. Outside of her legal career, Charlotte enjoys travelling, donating plasma, supporting the Adelaide Crows, and spending time with her family in the Barossa Valley. She is also actively involved in the local netball community, where she plays and contributes to the committee as the player’s representative. In this role, Charlotte addresses mental health concerns and supports younger players transitioning from rural areas to Adelaide. Charlotte is a member of the Law Society of South Australia.
