Elinor Teo

Elinor joined Mellor Olsson in February 2025 as a Law Clerk before transitioning to the role of Solicitor in December of that year, upon her admission to practise.

She works closely within the commercial team, assisting in a broad range of matters, including commercial transactions, wills and estate planning, and business restructuring. Elinor is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and is especially driven to improve access to legal services in regional areas, ensuring that clients who might otherwise face barriers can obtain the support they need.

Prior to joining Mellor Olsson, Elinor gained valuable experience in the legal field, working as a law clerk in a small Adelaide-based law firm as well as completing a legal internship with the regulatory team at Wine Australia.
