Biography
Siobhan joined Mellor Olsson in 2019 and is a Senior Associate in our Wills & Estates team. Siobhan has extensive experience advising clients through the process of estate administration as well as implementing succession and estate planning strategies.
Siobhan undertakes complex intergenerational succession and estate planning, analysing individual and business asset holdings and structures to allow for smooth transfer of assets whilst maintaining asset protection and tax minimisation. Completing a range of estate planning documents for clients, such as Wills, Testamentary Trusts, Advanced Care Directives and Powers of Attorney.
Prior to joining Mellor Olsson she spent four years employed in the Probate Registry of the Supreme Court of South Australia which gives her significant insight and experience regarding the procedures and requirements for obtaining a grant of probate.
